Shipping & Delivery
We ship both domestically and internationally by USPS (United States Postal Service. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after you place your order. We ship via USPS, and it can take up to 5 business days from the date of shipment, but often arrives sooner. 9.5% sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within California. Shipping within the contiguous U.S. is free on orders over $50 or more. An additional charge of $5 will apply for items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. If for any reason, we are out of stock on an item you have selected, you will be notified via email and the item will be taken off of your order.
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return the unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged goods within 15 days with proof of purchase. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed.

If you don’t have proof of purchase, we will gladly make an exchange or offer you store credit for the current retail price. If you believe there is a quality issue with your item, you may send us photos including a detailed explanation. We will evaluate your inquiry and respond accordingly.
